The Homeowners Association and fellow residents welcome you to Wilshire Estates - located near the intersection of Joel Cowen Parkway (HWY 74) and Holly Grove Road in beautiful Peachtree City, Georgia. This vibrant community of 248 homes, originally developed in 2001, consists of 3 developments – The Broadlands, The Landings and The Enclave, on both sides of Holly Grove Road.  Wilshire’s friendly neighbors, active social calendar, and proximity to top-rated schools, golf cart paths, and shopping create a community we love to call “home”. We take pride in keeping our community safe, visually appealing, and a welcoming environment in which to live.

The HOA maintains this site to provide resources and information to current and prospective residents. To maintain the privacy of our neighbors and community, only registered users may access all available content. We welcome our new residents and ask you to register and create an account.
