Annual Homeowners Assessments are due on April 1 and considered late if not received by April 15th.  The invoices are mailed out in January of each year.   If you have misplaced your invoice, please contact Ian Stone, Property Manager at 404-835-9131 or via email at istone@cmacommunities.com.  

The annual homeowners assessment is $500.

Checks should be made payable to Wilshire Estates and mailed with your invoice. You can send in your payment without an invoice, just reference your address and mail it to the management offices address below:
